Day 293 of a year of kindness

I did a 20-minute meditation today. I would like to make it part of my routine, which would be very kind. But when I do make time for meditation, it always helps me. It always makes me feel calm, peaceful and grounded. And this swing on a porch in Maine was just calling my name. So, I listened.
