Day 284 of a year of kindness 
It was a windy and rainy day in Rhode Island. I stayed in my sweatpants most of the day and picked up Chinese food for dinner even though I had plenty of food in the fridge. I ate it while watching a movie under a heated blanket. I rested. I took it easy. Somedays, you just have to be kind to yourself.
