Day 330 of a year of kindness

Today I wrote my last word on my gratitude pumpkin - Thanksgiving. I thought a lot about gratitude today and expressed it to friends and family. I started my gratitude pumpkin practice on Oct. 1 - eight weeks ago - and it has inspired me to shift my focus from what’s wrong to what’s right. This pumpkin became more than a decoration, it became a visual ritual —a way to make gratitude visible. It has made a difference.

Science of Kindness: Research reveals that gratitude helps people reframe challenges, making them more likely to bounce back from setbacks. Gratitude is a scientifically-proven way to nurture mental health because it rewires the brain for positivity, strengthens relationships, and helps us manage stress with greater resilience #BeKind #KindnessCounts #KindnessCounts2025 #kindnessmatters #gratitude
