Day 164 of a year of Kindness
I got a massage.I found out this week that I’ll be in a boot all summer and then need surgery on my ankle. That means I need to slow down, which isn’t my favorite speed. I gave in and booked a massage, which helped me so much. It was a kindness for myself.
