Day 186 of a year of Kindness
I felt tired today. I needed some time alone by the sea to recharge. So, I sat by sea and let the waves lap over my feet (and sore ankle). It’s nice to let your mind wander - no phones, no work, no conversation. Taking time for yourself is kind. It’s also kind to the people around you who rely on you for a charged battery.
