Day 211 of a year of Kindness
Kindness ambassador #12, Lucy Costa, helped spread kindness to an older generation.

My mother Linda lives in a senior apartment building in Columbia, South Carolina. She is like the mayor of Goodwill for their little community. Today we picked up $12 worth of flowers from Publix and $6 worth of vases from Dollar Tree. We created bouquets of positivity to three of her neighbors.

One of her neighbors has been in and out of the hospital, another has been quite ill, and the third is an 89 year-old dynamo who’s been helping the other lady who has been in and out of the hospital!

All three were delivered with love and appreciated by all.

Science of Kindness: Research reveals that kindness creates a ripple effect of goodwill and benefits the giver and receiver. Also, flowers are an lovely way to share kindness because research reveals that flowers brings joy. hashtag#kindness hashtag#kindnessisfree hashtag#kindessmatters hashtag#flowers hashtag#goodwill
