July 29 - Clothes Donation

Day 209 of a year of KindnessKindness ambassador number #10, Sarah Dully, is a high school teacher (and Rhode Island teacher of the year!) who weaves kindness into her life and her classroom.

All summer I’d been intending to clean out my closet. And today, on this slightly cool overcast day, I finally did it! I have at least one full bag (with the possibility of more) of dresses (a lot of dresses), coats, and T-shirts. The clothes are going to the Donation Centers of New England, which supports many local organizations including Big Brother Big Sister, MADD, and Children’s Miracle Network.

My husband is also starting the slow process of cleaning his closet and his polos are going to some friends and their parents!
