Day 195 of a year of Kindness

I was kind to my 17-year-old niece, Sophie. Every summer for the past three summers, Sophie comes to “Camp Francesca” where we have a lot of adventures. She also spends time with her grandmother and extended family. We spent the last two weeks going to the beach, playing games (mostly Rummy 500), and doing New England type things that she doesn’t get to do in Albuquerque, NM.

I cherish this time with her. I have had some wonderful aunts (and one really mean one) and the wonderful aunts made (and still make) a huge difference in my life. Camp Francesca ends tomorrow when I take Sophie to the airport. I look forward to summer 2026!
