Day 194 of a year of Kindness
I went to the dentist. It is a super kind thing to do. It’s also extremely kind to floss. When I was in high school, I got five cavities at once. I’m sure it was from my sweet tooth. Getting my cavities filled (in the 80s) felt like extreme torture. My dentist told me that I wouldn’t have had so many cavities if I had flossed regularly.
As a result, I am a super flosser. It is one of the kindest things I do for myself every day.
